Orders & Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free and tracked on every UK and EU order.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days in the UK and 7–14 business days in the EU. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where's my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
30 days, no fuss. If you change your mind, contact us at louisspaine632@gmail.com and we'll send return instructions. Full details on our refund policy page.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. You won't need to post anything back.

Products

Do the lamps work with UK and EU plugs?
Yes. Our lamps are USB powered or come with the correct plug for your region.

Is the Aurora Wax Melt Lamp safe to leave on?
Yes — it uses a warming bulb instead of a flame, and has a built-in timer (2/4/8 hours) so it switches itself off.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.

Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed by Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
